This Subscription Agreement is entered into by and between the subscriber (as indicated in the registration process) and www.ranzet.com. It governs subscriber’s use of and access to the www.ranzet.com Premium Membership Publications.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions

With regard to your user name, password, or any other piece of information, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not share it with any other person or entity. You also accept that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person the access to your Premium Membership account using your user name, password, or other security information. You must notify immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other violation of security which you know of or suspect.
This license is personal to Premium Membership Subscriber and permits only Premium Membership Subscriber to access and receive content from the Publication.
We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Term and termination
This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of the registration process and remains in effect for a term of one year. The Agreement shall auto-renew for additional one year terms unless Subscriber terminates by providing notice to www.ranzet.com prior to the end of the then current Term.
Billing
The Subscription Fee shall be due immediately. All Premium Membership Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by www.ranzet.com at the time of registration.
Intellectual Property Rights
