Digital healthcare providerKry/Livihas reported to Tech.eu that since its inception in 2015, the firm has now delivered over 6 million patient appointments and facilitated more than 200 million patient interactions throughout Europe. The company points to a 200 percent increase in consultations since 2020 as a prime driver of this milestone.

Building upon the growing moment of patients and clinicians preferring to interact via a digital-first approach, Kry is now scaling its services across its five core markets, Sweden, Norway, UK (Livi), France, and Germany, making secondary and specialist services more readily available, beginning with a timely offer, mental health.
Kry told Tech.eu that its ICBT (internet cognitive behavioural therapy) service, available in Sweden and the UK, which supports sufferers of depression, anxiety, and stress, through interactions with doctors, nurses, and psychologists, will be expanded over the course of this year. On the product roadmap? A more immersive and interactive programme is planned, while the Kry app will be updated to feature dedicated mental-health content for, shall we say, “I need help now” situations.
Across the channel, France will see the launch of five new specialist services including gynecology, pediatrics, dermatology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology.
Not content with simply offering more to more, Kry is also looking after the healthcare professionals who utilise its services. In the coming months, the company plans upgrades to its B2B SaaS service, providing a “continuous care experience with platforms and tools that can boost capacity, reduce administrative burden and better connect patients with quality advice.”
